Lessons Learned at NCAA Leadership Conference

News Image I learned a lot about myself and what it takes to be a leader at the three-day conference.  I learned about the roles and responsibilities of a leader and the six domains of leadership—personal, relational, contextual, inspirational, supportive, responsible. These domains relate to our everyday life. I felt honored to represent Coppin state University and bring the knowledge I learned from the conference back to my team.  It was great to learn about the DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) classic profile system.  The profile system tells you what type of person you are.
