each posted second-place finishes on the final day of competition at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships helping lead Coppin State to a sixth-place showing on Saturday at the Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex.
Littlejohn, competing in his final indoor championship, finished second in the mile in 4:21.80 after leading for much of the race.
Delice had an outstanding day for the Eagles as he scored 12 points individually and also was a member of the 4x400 relay team which scored four points.
He placed second in the 400 meters in 48.17, was fifth in the 200 in 22.10 and ran the second leg on the relay team which finished in 3:16.12.
The Eagles finished with 49 points, which was good for sixth place overall. Norfolk State won the team title with 170 points.
Freshman Dale Dunn
had an impressive indoor championship debut as he scored 12 points and also was a member of the Eagles distance medley and 4x400 relay teams which placed.
He finished third in the mile behind Littlejohn in a time of 4:23.31 and ran the anchor leg on the 4x400 relay team.
Coppin State received four points in the high jump from the tandem of Ian Lovergie
and Keonte Johnson
. Lovergie scored three points by finishing sixth with a jump of 6-6.75, while Johnson scored one point by clearing 6-4.75 and finishing eighth.
