Eagles Disperse for Summer Baseball Leagues

BALTIMORE -- Eighteen Coppin State baseball players will compete in summer leagues ranging from the Cal Ripken Collegiate League in Maryland to the to the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Summer Baseball League in South Carolina.
 
The largest group of Coppin State players will compete in the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Summer Baseball League. Colin Dower, Dalton Cozart, Kareem Sallay and Rafael Eigenmann will compete for the Ghost Crabs team, while Jack Kraft will play for the Sting Rays and Nathan Pitts will play for the Swamp Vipers. John Walls will also play in the league, but has yet to be assigned a team.
 
Alex Brown, Ian Arciaga, Anderson Burgess and Yahya Muhammad will play in the Cal Ripken Collegiate League, while Will Grebenstein, Chris Vazquez, Chris Godfrey and Michael Wright will play in the Maryland Collegiate League.
 
Michael Roberts will play for the Hamilton Joes in the Great Lakes Collegiate League, David Hamlett will play for the Pineville Pioneers in the Southern Collegiate League and Jay Maletz will play for the Allentwon Railers in the Atlantic Collegiate League.
